Lithium batteries are often flagged during Dangerous Goods inspections. They might not be the most dangerous Dangerous Goods. However these are the most widely used energy source in a lot of consumer goods. Operators and maintenance personnel, but also other companies that often work with lithium batteries, such as shipping companies or manufacturers of consumer goods, are often not aware of this topic with regard to regulations.
This training course is for aircraft operators, aircraft maintenance personnel, Dangerous Goods inspectors, but also other companies that often work with lithium batteries, such as shipping companies or manufacturers of consumer goods, and everyone else who wants to know more about lithium batteries transported by air.
The training course is divided in chapters of each a few minutes. The total duration of the course is approximately 50 minutes.
